Card orders
All cards come with a matching envelope and are sent by First Class Post. Cards will be posted within
24 hours of receipt of order. Urgent card orders can be hand written and posted direct to the recipient
if required; please ask when ordering.
Bespoke Prints / Cards
Orders for bespoke prints and cards will of course take slightly longer to produce; please let us know if there’s a particular
deadline for your order and we will do all we can to make sure we meet your requirements!

Please note that colour reproduction of images shown on this website may vary depending upon your Internet hardware and software settings. As cards are all handmade, actual designs and colours may vary, however we will endeavour to match your requests as closely as possible.
Returns:
Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned and you are therefore advised to check all the information you supply us with is correct before placing your order. If, in the unlikely event that Wink Design has made an error with your order we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Payment:
Wink uses the Paypal payment gateway. Should you experience any difficulty in placing an order or completing a payment, please let us know by using our contact form. Alternatively, email us (hello@wink-design.co.uk) or call us (07745 902255) and we’ll endeavour to assist you. We are not registered for VAT, therefore prices shown are not subject to tax. Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). Postage costs are to UK addresses. If you require postage outside of the UK please contact us for a quote.
