Terms and Conditions
Payment:
Wink uses the Paypal payment gateway. Should you experience any difficulty in placing an order or completing a payment, please let us know by using our contact form. Alternatively, email us (hello@wink-design.co.uk) or call us (07745 902255) and we’ll endeavour to assist you. We are not registered for VAT, therefore prices shown are not subject to tax. Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP). Postage costs are to UK addresses. If you require postage outside of the UK please contact us for a quote.
Refunds and Terms:
We strive to provide a high-quality service, however if for any reason you’re not happy with any of the initial custom logos, business card or letterhead designs, please tell us why and we will refund your payment LESS £75 service fee towards time and effort spent on your project. Wink will retain the copyright for the initial designs we have provided you with. Wink is not responsible in any way if the initial design concepts reach you in more than the quoted 72 hours due to internet connection problems, if the email address provided by you does not accept attachments, or any other issues out of Wink’s control that might disturb the sending process. You (the client) agree to provide timely responses to Wink after receiving design work. If, after supplying you with initial design concepts we have received no response from you (The Client) within six weeks from the date the design concepts were emailed to The Client (unless otherwise agreed), Wink reserves the right to assume the project is complete and we will provide a refund to you, less an appropriate proportion of your payment to cover the costs of time and effort spent on your project which will not exceed 50% of the original payment to Wink. Wink will have no further obligation to The Client.
